Tamsen is an Emmy award winning journalist and executive producer of the documentary “The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause”. She’s got a new book titled “How to Menopause”. Tamsen is joined by Dr. Sarah Berry. Sarah runs the world’s largest study on nutrition and menopause here at ZOE.
