I used to see discipline as a restriction, limiting my freedom and causing me to be unreliable and indecisive. That led to frustration and a lack of progress in my life. Now, I'm embracing discipline as a form of self-love and structure, which has drastically improved my reliability and overall satisfaction.  This week I share with you how I have redefined discipline and how you can too, the lessons regret can teach us, and how consistent actions paired with clear boundaries are essential for personal growth.  "Your life is up to you. So if you want to make something happen, believe in yourself. Believe in your ability to make it happen and go out there and bloody do it." – Courts In this episode you will learn: What discipline really means and how to transform your relationship with it Why discipline is the greatest form of self-love How to set clear goals and boundaries to support growth and maintain discipline The importance of stillness and inquiry in managing cravings and aversions for healthier responses What specific actions can reinforce your commitment to personal growth Why it’s essential to reflect on progress and celebrate your achievements - How are you going to be more disciplined in your life? I’d love to know what you’re working towards. Please feel free to get in touch with me via email at [email protected] or slide into my DM’s on Instagram.
