In this episode, I am speaking to Ganga about the customer in the Startup Ecosystem. Ganga’s collective corporate experience in the SME space in roles like sales, credit and policies has helped her contribute to the start-up eco-system and the family managed business community. She works closely with various stakeholders as a mentor for technology based early growth stage start-ups typically from start to scale. Ganga also trains, conducts workshops for start-ups and incubators on various aspects of business.  Ganga conducts workshops/teach at India's leading business for its family managed business program and mentors nextgen on business aspects. Ganga contributes to knowledge bank by conducting study and reports for organisations like CII Centre for Excellence, ISBA etc. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies in entrepreneurship from University of Mumbai.
