It’s Not My Fault, #615

Your Ultimate Life with Kellan Fluckiger - A podcast by Kellan Fluckiger

In this episode, we talk about a common monster that saps productivity and joy out of many days. The idea of blame and the creation of excuses or reasons. When things do not go as planned or desired, we have an immediate need to blame someone or something. This is not inherent in us. It is learned. We have created a culture of avoiding responsibility and of assigning blame. We learn from early childhood to blame someone else because we are afraid of the embarrassment of punishment. There is so much energy used to avoid the responsibility that often the needed changes could be created in the same time it takes to assign blame. Learning to accept life as it is and then work on the next move is powerful.
