Episode 56 - Forgiving Others

Your Ultimate Life with Kellan Fluckiger - A podcast by Kellan Fluckiger

In this episode, we talk about the benefits of forgiving others. Sometimes we withhold forgiveness as if it gave us power over others. It actually doesn’t. Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Not very effective. Retaining anger, resentment, hate, and other destructive emotions disfigure the holder. It rarely affects the object of negative emotion. Learning to forgive whether a person has requested it, or not, is powerful. Choosing to forgive even the most serious situations creates liberty and joy in your own heart. You become clean from the negativity. Failing to forgive means the offense keeps hurting you.
