In this episode, we talk about this interesting word. The consequence of my medical adventures 3 years ago (June 2018) left me flat-lines and unable to walk well, or do a single push up. A far cry from the flexibility and strength I had at my martial arts peak performance. I was scared. My choices were simple: let it slide and just cruise on with minimal physical ability or dive in and try to get back what I could. The diagnosis for my lungs’ healing was 2 years to never. The rest of the body was just so-so. I dove in and chose to get my body back. Today I can do 40 push-ups again, and I am working on my martial arts stretches. Stretching every day is a grand key to creating your Ultimate Life.
