In this episode, we discuss the fourth word that I choose to describe my relationships with others. I want to energize those I interact with. Energize means to endow with desire. Desiring something is a basic piece of our nature. We want some things to stay alive, and we want some things to be cool. As I interact with others, I want to give them or strengthen their desire to discover, develop and deliver their own divine talents. I want to make a difference in their lives, so they want to do more and be better people when we interact. What do you want to give in your interactions?
