Episode 202 - Will it Ever End

In this episode, we talk about hard things. We’ve had months of Coronavirus. In the US, we have a messy election and a hateful political climate. We have anger boiling over and racial injustice all over the place. Will it ever end? What can you do to have calm in the middle of all these storms? Besides externalities, there are two big created reasons for all the struggle. There is an insatiable lust for power and a feeling of loss of control. We often feel like we can’t keep track of our lives, much less control them. That is an illusion. You are in control. Not of the weather or of others’ actions, but you fully and completely control the experience of your own life. Own it.
