In this podcast, We talk about the first of three parts to learning meditation. This is to “Slow Down Enough to Be Where You Are.” What does that mean? We live our lives at a frantic pace and expect everything to happen in an instant. I call this the “Download and Double-Click” expectation. While the instant availability of information is a blessing, real advancement and internal power do not come in an instant. They are gradually learned as we experience slowing down. Learning to feel the floor beneath your feet or learning to focus on a sound or the breath is a great way to start. This skill may seem small, but there is nothing more powerful in creating the reality of Your Ultimate Life.
