Direction or Frenzy, #592

Your Ultimate Life with Kellan Fluckiger - A podcast by Kellan Fluckiger

In this episode, we talk about another possible detour. Sometimes you hear “Take Massive Action.” This is given as an encouragement to act boldly. Often it leads to a frenzy, where we are just busy doing and doing without total clarity and focus on the true outcome. There is false comfort in a frenzy. Slow down and feel joyfully into every situation. There is a time for rapid action, and there is more often that considered focused action is more effective and more powerful. Frenzy can lead to self-doubt and fatigue. This leads to discouragement and loss of control. Then you feel trapped by the circumstance and your freedom feels threatened. Not because it has been lost, but because you gave it away.
