423 – (It Doesn’t Have to Be a) War Debut

Your Ultimate Life with Kellan Fluckiger - A podcast by Kellan Fluckiger

In this episode, we debut another song from the album “Name of the Black.” This is a sad song and it characterizes the unending was that I experienced trying to get approval. I did everything right or tried to and never was enough. In the end, it was time to quit and lay all my armor down. If you try to control others’ feelings reactions and expectations, you will be disappointed. Trying to fight endlessly to get someone else to accept you as you are is futile and frustrating. Tying your self-worth to someone's evaluation is destructive. Creating your own connection to your divine creator, learning what your gifts and calling are, and living true to that regardless of anyone’s thinking is the road to peace.
