I was coming off of a 15 year obsession with restrictive dieting, although I didn’t see it like that at the time. I was exhausted from trying to change the size of my body year after year, and I knew that in order to give myself a different future, I needed help. Since then, I have worked every day to heal my relationship with food, exercise, body image, and self-worth. The story is not complete, (actually it won’t ever be complete) but I am ready to share the beginning with you today. This is part one in a larger series where I’ll be sharing my experiences.
