Episode 2: Katie Jaeger. "I’ve had multiple coaches and asking for help has been transformational for me because I can’t do it all on my own, nor do I want to at this point. It feels good to have someone in your corner, especially after struggling in silence for many many years." Katie is a holistic health coach and yoga instructor who was diagnosed earlier this year at the age of 33. She specializes in helping women who are struggling to feel connected, heal and come home to themselves by nourishing their body, mind and spirit from the inside out. Katie does this though gut healing and the gut-brain connection, an emphasis on whole plant based foods, yoga and meditation, self care and boundary setting, trauma healing, community and connection and recovery/sobriety support. She lives in Minneapolis with her boyfriend, Matt, and their two kitties, Jack and Albus. Instagram: @katieann.coaching Facebook: Katie Ann Coaching - - - - - Finally ... you've found your people!
