This is the intro of a four part series that is also on exhibit at PS1/MoMA as part of a collaboration with artist Don Christian Jones.  Frequency Gardens was made by youth participants at the Lower Eastside Girls Club: Rebekah Kwong, Sierra Zwerling, Meelawn Mathurin, Zoe “Z” Rosado, Lelia “Lilo” Haidara, Nevaeh “Rae” McGee, Tentse Sherpa, and Aliana Aviles; Lower Eastside Girls Club facilitators Sienna Fekete and Kelly Webb; logistics support Erikka James, artists DonChristian Jones, Jake Robbins, and Danica Pantic from Public Assistants; and Hannah Fagin, from MoMA.
