Event recorded on 12/04/2018 Senior Colonel Zhou Bo is a Senior Colonel in the Chinese PLA and Director of the Center for Security Cooperation at the Office for International Military Cooperation in China’s Ministry of National Defence. Currently, his responsibility is multilateral cooperation which includes peacekeeping, counter-piracy, counter-terrorism and various security-related institutions in the Asia-Pacific.
