Sarah Keyes – SkyRunning, Dirt Bagging, Beer Drinking, and Running in the Adirondacks Sarah Keyes has everything it takes to be a great URP guest: She’s a vibrant and dynamic story teller who lived in her truck last year with her dog while driving around the country to different SkyRunning races. Prior to that, she managed a brewpub in upstate New York and shares her dislike for pumpkin ales with mine. In this interview, we talk about how she transformed from a non-athletic kid to a casual athlete to runner to trail runner to elite mountain runner. We hear about how she trained when she was younger, how she showered while living in a Ford Ranger, what her strengths are, and what races she’s targeting for 2017. Sarah us gearing up for North Face in December, and I’ll have my eye on her to surprise some of the locals with her trail skills. Sarah Keyes Episode Notes Here’s Sarah’s site.
