Alli Worthington on Standing Strong as an Enneagram 7 [S04-018]

Typology - A podcast by Ian Cron - Thursdays

One of my favorite quotes by M. Scott Peck is, “Life is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths.” Once you accept that life is hard, and the sooner that you accept it, the better off you’ll be. With all the craziness of 2020, it’s important to remember that life is full of struggles and we all have to live with a certain amount of pain. If we let it, our negative thoughts can take over and take us out of the game before we even start.  But, with a little self-awareness, we can learn to quiet our thoughts and manage the uncertainty and self-doubt that arises when times are difficult. My guest today, author, business coach, and Enneagram 7, Alli Worthington joins me for a great conversation about overcoming adversity and moving forward when things are tough. In this episode, we discuss: What it looks like to “Stand Strong.” How to manage pain and crisis without numbing out, and Recognizing and managing your Inner Critic Alli Worthington is known for her straight-talking encouragement and practical tools that help women reach their dreams in business and life.  She’s a business coach and advisor who has worked with companies such as Intel, Disney, Microsoft, and Procter & Gamble.
