Ch. 18 is really dealing with a worldwide problem because Babylon in view here has its origin in Gen. 11 where we have a one world system in rebellion to יהוה lead by a modern manifestation of Nimrod where, there's gonna be Babel event 2020. You know like 2020 vision - this is gonna be Nimrod taking the curse of Gen. 11 to a whole new level. Not the confusion of the verbal language of man in submission to the Nimrod and in rebellion to יהוה but a different kind of curse to be rolled out here shorty.
