That's why Taryn Brumfitt started the Body Image Movement, which has led to numerous books and now, her second film. Her latest book, Embrace Kids with Dr Zali Yager, focuses on how to encourage your kids to embrace all the amazing things their bodies can do. She joins us to chat about the impact social media has had on us, whether we should be treating boys and girls differently, and how to talk about your own body around your kids.
