Your Body Is The VOICE Of Your Unconscious Mind

The Truth About Emotions - A podcast by Deborah McPhilemy

Categories:

In this episode Alison Gifford speaks to Deborah McPhilemy about acknowledging and accepting that she has anxiety. Alison had many symptoms of anxiety but shrugged them off for months. She never listened to what her body was trying to tell her, but if she had, she believes that she would have been able to prevent her anxiety from getting as bad as it did.   Alison felt better after learning that it was okay to feel anxious, and developing a 'wind down' process she could use at the end of every day. Alison has overcome the worst part of her anxiety and now knows how to better manage her emotions. She is happier and healthier than she has been in a long time and that is because she has finally started listening to what her body was trying to say.
