I committed SUICIDE and divine INTERVENTION saved me!
The Truth About Emotions - A podcast by Deborah McPhilemy

10 Years ago empowerment coach & speaker Jason Archdale felt as though he was living in hell, along with his three companions: fear, anxiety and depression. The night he tried to commit suicide he lay on his couch holding his daughters picture, and whispered "sorry darling, I love you, but I have let you down". Jason managed to pull himself off that couch and changed his life's purpose in the process. He is proof that our reality is our decision, and that we just have to believe in what we decide. Jason changed his responses to his emotions and has been living an emotionally intelligent life ever since. He has prevented himself from lapsing back into that dark space he was in all those years ago. His strategy is simple: Instead of asking "why me?", he rather asks "what does this mean?". This enables him to find out what he needs to do to change his situation. Jason reiterates that the universe does not give you what you need, it gives you what you are. You have to put the work in. "Everything is created twice, firstly in your mind and then secondly in reality". So if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change. You have the potential to learn how to tune into the frequency of the life you want to live, and you can do this through Emotional Intelligence. Simply put, a mindset is based on your beliefs, which adjust your frequencies, and therefore determine your reality. When you change your beliefs, you will also change your story. Energy and mind are all linked, and we have the science and skills to help you create a healthy mind and your dream reality. Always remember that everything starts with a decision, and there is always a way! To find our more about Emotional Intelligence and how it can change your life then visit www.eqforall.org .
