Elizabeth Jane is a dynamic mentor, author, and artist dedicated to helping people live with greater authenticity, self-worth, and empowerment. Based in Sydney, she holds a Commerce degree and a Diploma in Education. She is a spokesperson and guide who draws on her own journey from personal breakdowns to breakthroughs to support others in transforming their lives. When she’s not speaking or writing, Elizabeth Jane devotes time to painting, yoga, meditation, travel — all woven together with deep love for her family, especially her four adult children. Through her book Free and First – Unlocking Your Ultimate Life, her art, her mentoring, and her public engagements, she inspires people to rise in grounded self-worth and embrace their full potential.
