In our episode this week, James sits down to chat with the UVSE Women's Head Coach, Marton Benczur.  During the conversation, Marton talks all things UVSE; about the club's culture, the club's vision and the process of promoting youth through the ranks. Marton talks about transitioning from being UVSE's Assistant Coach, into being the boss at one of Hungary's top female clubs.
