One particular dog, Holly, caught Sonya's attention as she was in such a dire state that euthanasia was being considered. With a selfless act of compassion, Sonya offered to foster Holly, which turned out to be a life-changing decision for both of them.During the months of rehabilitation and love, Sonya formed an unbreakable bond with Holly, eventually adopting her and renaming her Marley. Sonya often reflects on the fact that while she saved Marley's life, Marley also saved her own during a challenging period. This experience ignited Sonya's passion for animal welfare and set her on a path of discovery and advocacy.As Marley faced health issues later on, Sonya embarked on a quest for answers. Exploring various avenues, she delved into research on dog food and nutrition, ultimately stumbling upon the Raw Diet. Intrigued by the benefits of bone and raw food (B.A.R.F.) and the Prey Diet, Sonya consulted with veterinarians and animal experts, combining their insights with her own findings to develop a recipe she is immensely proud of.Driven by her desire to make this nutritious diet accessible to all dog owners, Sonya leveraged her business background and founded her own company.
