Pøøk is an up-and-coming emo rapper, singer, and songwriter hailing from upstate NY. With a deep passion for music and a raw, introspective style, Pøøk has been making waves in the industry since 2020. Despite the challenges of pursuing a music career while completing her studies, Pøøk successfully obtained a bachelor's degree in applied psychology.Her musical journey began with the release of her debut track "Drain U" in December 2020. The song resonated with listeners as Pøøk fearlessly shared her struggles with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. During this time, Pøøk worked tirelessly, using a humble setup consisting of a laptop and a Walmart microphone in the confines of her trailer, pouring her emotions into her music.Determined to elevate her craft, Pøøk's life took a positive turn when she and her girlfriend moved into a new apartment. It was here that she set up her own home studio, enabling her to fully immerse herself in her creative process. In a serendipitous turn of events, Pøøk connected with Fallen Seraph of the 33rd Legion through an app called Vampr, where she was invited to join the collective.33rd Legion, a collective of artists with a similar sound to the likes of Lil Peep and Gothboiclique, provided Pøøk with a supportive community and a platform to further showcase her unique musical talents. The collaboration proved to be fruitful, as Pøøk and Fallen Seraph developed a strong musical bond. Their partnership deepened when Fallen Seraph relocated from Mississippi to NY, allowing them to continue creating music together and performing at various shows.Pøøk's artistry is fueled by her deeply personal experiences and her desire to connect with her audience on a profound level. Her lyrics reflect her vulnerability, addressing themes of mental health, self-expression, and the complexities of human emotions.
