Episode #1 - Anita Hsu

It only makes sense that Anita would be our first episode. After all she’s been instrumental in this podcast existing at all. As you will hear Anita is instantly easy to like. She’s managed to keep a cheerful attitude in an industry that doesn’t always have time to be “Nice.” She’s no stranger to hard work and sacrifice but she’s found her purpose and community in her family and the food world. She’s now using her success to do good in her own community. I’m very grateful to have met Anita and her family and to see what their hard work has accomplished.
