I'm afraid you were a couple of orders of magnitude out. As a rule, a medium power station like my Jackery 500 (so 500Wh, around 100,000mAh) can't really help much with a home's electricity for any time whatsoever. It'll run some tech (router, laptops) for an hour or two (plus tablets and phones). That's your lot. A massive £3000 power station like the one on your show or the new Jackery 2000 can output 2kW, it's true, but only for an hour(!) - so will actually allow limited use of kettle, one fan heater, and so on, OR perhaps a house's lights, fridges and freezers for a day. Even the giant Tesla powerwalls can only handle a typical house's electrical needs for a day or so. In short, there's no easy way to have a backup to 'run your house for days on end' - if there was then we'd all be doing it! What I'm doing with the Jackery is playing (and soothing my eco-conscience).
