OK, so in this episode, Tammie talks about some behavior that sounds an awful lot like stalking, and Nicole gushes about her favorite book right now-Gabor Maté's "In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts." We talk about how "alcoholism" is just one possible way for people to use addictive substances (or other things) to cope...and how there are four distinct characteristics of every addiction. The sound in this episode is terrible, and we almost didn't put it up, but the conversation is worthy of a listen.
