The New Normal

Hi Friends and Family! 2020. Our lives have been topsy turvy for a while now. In fact, when we look back at life before we understood COVID19, we see a different reality. I wish that were a hyperbolic statement, but if we went to a salon last year and were stopped at the door by a masked employee, temperature checked, asked to fill out a statement saying that we had been feeling healthy, we would be beyond perplexed.  There's a new normal in town and it has innumerable effects on our minds and lives. We want to invite y'all to come sit with us and listen while we talk about becoming aware of the need to give ourselves some extra grace in this new reality.   Thank you so much for listening, [email protected]
