Hi Folks!   It's curious that we have always capitalized the F in Friends and Family in our greeting because these two words, and what they mean to us is the topic of the week. With the era of technology the allows us to be face to face with another across the world, we are now being given the choice of who we will consider spending our time, energy, vulnerability, and intimacy with.
