Notice me. Be with me. I need you. When you hear the words of an injured friend, an angered child, or an infuriated lover, they do not sound like they are trying to communicate these phrases. The truth is that our bond with the person/persons we love are held together by the belief that we are safe with them. The more secure and protected we feel, the more connected and understood and supported. Please use this episode to help you engage with this principal of love and relationship.
