Megan is a researcher, health coach and yoga teacher. She helps clients by using a blend of psychosomatic awareness, cognitive behavioral therapy and life coaching to help people address their bodily sensations to better process trauma. Megan's program is an 8-week theraputic program to help restore and repair the mind and body after the experience of any trauma or hardship.
