Time to start having a different conversation and stand up and know, it doesn't matter how big or small you are, you don't have to accept "the norm". Coaches & Consultants are finding ways to "save businesses" and calling it "thriving". Just getting to profitable is not the win. Making a REAL living is the answer. Consultants who advocate for lower wages for hairstylists as the FIRST option is not the answer. There is a way, but the first thing we have to do is stop accepting the same standards we've been given for years.
