In this episode, we discuss that there are only 2 core property investment strategies: Buy and Hold, and Flipping. Most other strategies people use are variations of the two. Buy and Hold investing is the 'get rich slow' strategy, where you buy an investment that you forecast will increase in value over time. Flipping is where you buy a property that is a bit 'run down' and then renovate it to increase its value.
