In this episode, we discuss Core Logic's evaluer, which provides an electronic valuation of every property in New Zealand.  That valuation is based on an algorithm which looks at the actual sale prices of recently-sold properties that have similar attributes (bedrooms, bathrooms, land size, property size, location and any other attributes that come within Council-sourced data).
