It's easy to read stories of the strategies that millionaires or billionaires have used to build giant property portfolios .... and these can be great strategies. But, those same strategies aren't going to fit most everyday Kiwis. Similarly, the strategies that everyday Kiwis use and implement wouldn't be appropriate for millionaire property investors.
