Breaking News: LVR Restriction Update – Larger Deposits Soon To Be Required | Ep. 433

In this episode, we discuss the LVR restrictions that are soon to be reintroduced by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. These are expected to be reintroduced in March 2021, after the central bank finishes its consultation. It's generally expected that investors purchasing existing investment properties will require a 30% deposit.
