Terese's hospital and home births to Zac and Toby

"I'm so proud I enjoyed birth so much" is what Terese shares with us on this episode. She enjoyed a smooth fast hospital birth to first baby Zac and a very quick homebirth in the bath to second baby Toby. Through her enjoyable pregnancy she came to hypnobirthing because she felt birth was such an unknown journey and learnt about the control we have within the mind-body connection. As she states "I don't have strong opinions about many things, but I felt strongly the hypnobirthing was working for me." Terese provides us with a great description of the techniques that worked for her in both her births and despite all the best laid plans for her homebirth, (which included renovating a sleepout for their birthing space) , you'll have to listen to find out how it didn't work out the way she thought it might.
