Kali talks us through the two births of her boys. She was excited in her first pregnancy about becoming a mum and the course enabled her to establish boundaries around hearing other peoples stories as well as being valuable for her husband to understand how to support her. She mentions how the affirmations worked well, plus she feels the perineal massage she used at the end of her pregnancies helped her to have both babies without any tearing. In her first labour with Hudson her membranes released, labour started slowly and she ended up having an induction with epidural and while this wasn't exactly the type of birth she had planned, on reflecting she knows it was just the right type of birth. When her second baby Max was due she felt she put a lot less pressure on herself, she had a lot of confidence in her body and after things got started, but stalled she talks us through a spontaneous fear release she did for herself. Once this fear was cleared things moved swiftly with Max born very soon after their arrival at the hospital.
