Jo's positive induction and hospital birth to Ari

Jo was planning on a waterbirth with no interventions, but at the end of her pregnancy when she was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia she needed to make some serious decisions involving induction. This meant she was now embarking on a journey that she had not planned for BUT she was determined to do everything she could to make it a positive one. While the early stages of induction took a while, as soon as labour started it was all go! Ari was born pretty quickly and you'll hear Jo talk us through her decision making process, what they did to keep themselves in a positive mindset and how she had all the right support, tools and techniques she needed on the day.
