Jemma's two Birthcare births

Jemma shares the similarities and differences between her two girls, Harriet and Adeline's births. Both started with her sitting bolt upright in bed and both involved arriving at Birthcare almost fully dilated. However Harriet's birth involved a bit of help to get her out, where Jemma shares that she was able to keep calm during a potentially scary part of her birth, and that she was able to trust that all was going to be ok. At her second birth, the midwife took one look at her and said we're going to have this baby in three pushes - and they did! Jemma trained to be a naturopath after she had her girls and as she mentions, it was naturopathy that assisted her to get her hormones balanced before she became pregnant.
