Hope and Jared's beautiful "boring" homebirth

Hope describes her birth to Aura as "beautiful and boring", but this episode is NOT boring. Hope talks us through her healing journey of the beliefs and experiences she was programmed with and how she released some unhelpful emotions. She previously had a difficult first birth 9 years prior and knew that for her second experience she wanted a very different experience. And it was totally different, in every way - from the way that she planned and approached the birth then what she used to keep herself calm and relaxed, and the support she received from Jared.
