The President Johnson Eyes-Only UFO Study: The Panel and the Conclusions

Due to pressure from President Johnson's friend UFO researcher Dr. James McDonald at the University of Arizona, Johnson commissioned an Eyes-Only Study to study UFOs. A panel of eight of the most powerful men in the military, intelligence, and in the contractor world worked for 9 months to complete the report. They included a 4-star General, the head of the NRO, Head of Lockheed Skunkworks, top UFO scientist in CIA and top scientists. The study was headed up by Frank Rand, an assistant to the President. The report was completed and delivered. Years later Rand sat down to write a book to tell the story, but he died before he was finished.
