In between the storytime and endless laughs is some quality content surrounding mental health. Jess and Sav choose to be extremely raw, honest and vulnerable on their podcast and now on mine too!⠀Through sharing their personal experiences they hope to open up conversations surrounding mental health and all the uncomfortable feelings that come along with it. Regardless of so many people sharing these positive messages there is still a stigma around discussing your struggles.⠀People still hesitate to reach out, be honest, cry and everything in between. I consider my mental health to be #1 over everything.
