An unlikely pair are creating a buzz on Stewart Island. Baywatch star David Hasselhoff is spending a few days filming a TV show on Rakiura with New Zealand comedian Rhys Darby. The duo participated in a special South Sea Hotel quiz night and filmed a segment with the island's only police officer. Constable Stuart Newton told Mike Hosking that Hasselhoff was very down to earth, taking him up on his offer for a ride home. Filming is expected to continue around the country.
