Pharmac's record funding-boost will address the fiscal cliff it faces. An additional $1.7 billion spread over four-years has been ear-marked for the drug-buying agency in the upcoming Budget. Chief Executive Sarah Fitt told Mike Hosking that the extra cash covers time-limited funding for some treatments, which ends this year.
