The British Supreme Court has ruled out a second independence referendum for Scotland. It says it can't be held because the UK government needs to grant formal consent, which it has refused to do. A first referendum was held in 2014, where Scotland voted to remain with the rest of the UK. UK correspondent Rod Liddle told Mike Hosking there's no great appetite for another referendum or independence itself.
