Researchers are shining a light on the lack of exercise young New Zealanders are getting. A Victoria University study has found less than 40 percent of Kiwis aged between 18 and 24 are meeting the World Health Organisation's recommendations for physical activity. Exercise New Zealand Chief Executive, Richard Beddie told Mike Hosking New Zealand has a problem with encouraging people to do physical activity.
