More money is likely to go down the drain as the Government ploughs ahead with the next stage of Otago's Lake Onslow project. It's confirmed it will develop a detailed business case for the hydro storage set-up, despite the estimated cost of the project leaping to 16-billion dollars - a huge jump from the initial four-billion.
