There's uncertainty over US presidential debates, as the candidates can't agree on a time and place. Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are at odds after Trump pulled out of a scheduled ABC debate, instead proposing a Fox News debate. Harris has declined, claiming Trump's trying to back out.
